As you prepare for the upcoming birth of your baby, we invite you to participate in our series of educational programs designed to enhance your childbirth experience. Childbirth preparation classes and parenting classes are just a few of the resources we offer to help guide you and your partner through pregnancy, labor, delivery and parenting. These classes are for weeks 25 through 36 of your pregnancy. Our childbirth education instructors are experienced obstetric nurses.

Class sizes are limited and registrations are prioritized by date received. Early registration is highly encouraged as class sizes are limited! Please register at least one week prior to the class. You may register for classes three ways:

  • by mail (send to: Lakeview Childbirth Classes, Lakeview Hospital, 927 Churchill Street West, Stillwater, MN 55082)
  • by phone at (651) 430-4510
  • online (this option is temporarily unavailable - please call or mail in your registration)

Payment is due when registering. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

A letter of confirmation will be sent to you once registration and payment are received. A receipt for payment will be given at class. Contact your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement of class fee. We do not process any third party billing for childbirth education classes. Insurance carriers may not refund you the full amount.

Class sizes not meeting our requirements will be canceled. If this occurs, you will be notified by phone. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Full refund of class fees will be made when attendance is not possible for medical reasons. No refunds will be given after attendance at the first session of any class.
