Lakeview Hospital offered two Cooking Camps for Kids in August, teaching them the basics of good nutrition, along with the opportunity to participate in making healthy and simple recipes. Parents/guardians were invited to accompany their child to learn about child portion sizes, healthy snack ideas, and recipes related to the food groups.
